Operende in custu setore, tocat a cunfrontare sa limba interessada cun sas àteras limbas.
Inoghe, a ghisa de mustra, bos propòngio unas cantas frases in inglesu dae su situ “B2 School Improvement” cun sa tradutzione in sardu.
………………………………………………..
B2 School Improvement is practice for the Cambridge Assessment English B2 First (FCE) examination. For this example, it is a magazine article explaining how a student feels that new rules can improve their school.
- B2 School Improvement servit a fàghere pràtica pro su Cambridge Assessment English B2 First (FCE) examination.
An article is usually written for an English-language magazine aimed at teenagers, and the reader is assumed to have similar interests to the writer. The main purpose is to interest and to engage the reader, so there should be some opinions or comments.
Here is an example of an article written by a teenager for a school magazine suggesting how to improve school.
- Inoghe b’est sa mustra de un’artìculu iscritu dae unu giovaneddu pro una revista iscolàstica in ue b’at cussìgios pro megiorare s’iscola.
Imagine how we would feel if you could change school rules to ones that we prefer! It would be great, but we all know that it is not likely to happen. School rules could be changed and improved to suit students a little without being overdone.
- Pensade a comente nos diamus intèndere si poderemus cambiare sas règulas de iscola cun sas chi preferimus! Diat èssere bellu a beru, ma totus ischimus chi no est fàtzile chi acuntesset.
First of all, take the school uniform, common in a lot of schools, which is a bit dull, I must say. Many students get bored wearing the same clothes throughout the year. Who wouldn’t? It would be nice if students were allowed to come into school wearing whatever they wish as long as it is appropriate.
- Comente prima cosa, pensemus a sa divisa iscolàstica, chi si impitat in iscolas medas, e chi est unu pagu infadosa, depo nàrrere. A istudentes medas pagu lis agradat a si chìnghere su matessi bestire durante totu s’annu. A chie non li diat dare infadu? Diat èssere bellu si a sos istudentes lis permiterant de andare a iscola cun sos bestires chi cherent, bastet chi siant apropiados.
Another improvement would be to have a second hour break rather than just one for the whole day. Students are humans, too! They need breaks every now and again not just learning in the classroom for most of the day. It is essential for us to have some quality time with our friends.
Anyway, these rules should be considered. Even though changing school rules may be difficult, but if we at least make some changes it might improve our experience at our school.
– Semper e cando, bi diat chèrrere a tènnere in contu custas règulas. Mancari a las cambiare siat difìtzile, carchi cambiamentu diat megiorare s’esperièntzia nostra in iscola.
